Unexpected Adventure at Midnight
The location was perfect, just steps away from good eateries and shops. The room was spacious and accommodating for our family needs.
The unexpected intrusion in the middle of the night was terrifying, and the staff's response left us feeling more vulnerable than safe.

When we arrived, the smell of curry greeted us. We we given the wrong information at the desk about discounts. She told us we were getting a senior discount. The next day, a man told us since we booked through a travel agency (Book.com) we did not qualify for any discounts.

The price was right and the accomodations were good. The staff was friendly enough but not outgoing. The breakfast was just okay.

The help is super friendly and helpful. The room was above expectations and very clean. Had a nice smell to it and the maid service was great. We visit family in Ukiah and we will use this hotel from now on. The breakfast was very good and they had plenty of choices. For a small town it was very nice to find such a deal. Thanks

The room was very nice. Good bed. Asked for room away from highway and that is what we got :)
Their breakfast was not too good. The waffle iron was loaded with burnt batter. Not much to choose from. Went next door to the Henny Penny Cafe for breakfast.

I liked this attractive and exceptionally comfortable hotel, reasonable prices. Nice hot breakfast, best ever had, with hard boiled eggs and sausages and hot waffle. I had tastefully decorated brand-new room with fridge and working microwave and hard wood floors.

The location was perfect for our needs. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, as we noticed some stains on the bedding and a few pieces of trash in the corners.

The staff were very nice and friendly. The clean had been tastefully remodeled also it had microwave, frig, ironing board and coffee machine. And even tho it was next to the Freeway it was very quiet.
I thought the continental breakfast should have had longer hours. They only offered breakfast from 6.30a to 9.30a and we wanted to sleep in.

I very much liked the closeness in location to where my niece lives. I also liked the saltwater pool, and the convenience of a coffeeshop on the grounds.
Well, I have to say that I was kept up 2 nites in a row, by noisy dogs barking from 12:30 in the morning until 1:45am. As well as inconsiderate guests who had company, coming and going late at nite. The clientell was questionable.........I can't help but describe them as tweekers......and alot of alcoholic beverages around the hot tub and pool. I came with my 5 children and my 88yr old mother......not cool. Overall if i could guarentee that i would not be kept up at nite I might go back....but the clientell...a bit ify....oh yeah one day this guy just came in off the street and was using the pool.....I think they should screen guests a little better and have some security.
